Mind or consciousness is the heart of Buddhist theory and practice
and for the last 2500 years mediators unsatisfactory have been investigating
and use it to achieve perfect peace of all happiness & Ordinary also to transform
our own mind.
Mind can be compared to an ocean and momentary mental events as happiness /irritation/fantasies
and boredom to the waves that rise and fall on surfaces.
Just as the waves can subside to reveal the stillness of the ocean depths
so is it possible to turbulence our mind to reveal its natural pristine clarity
The ability to do this lies within the mind itself
