Jika sering membiarkan diri kita stress maka kita akan mengalami. gangguan pencernaan.

Jika sering khawatir, kita bisa terkena sakit punggung.

Jika mudah tersinggung maka kita akan terkena insomnia (susah tidur).

Jika sering kebingungan, akan terkena sakit tulang belakang bagian bawah.

Jika sering membiarkan rasa takut yg berlebihan, akan mudah terkena penyakit ginjal.

Jika suka cemas akan diikuti sakit dyspepsia (sulit mencerna).

Jika suka marah bisa sakit. hepatitis.

Jika sering apatis/acuh terhadap lingkungan, bisa mengakibatkan vitalitas melemah.

Jika sering tidak sabar, bisa mengakibatkan diabetes (sakit gula).

Jika sering merasa kesepian, bisa mengakibatkan sakit demensia senelis (memori & kontrol fungsi tubuh berkurang).

Jika sering bersedih, bisa menderita leukemia.

Maka dari itu, mari kita pelihara hati yg gembira, bersyukur dan selalu "Positive Thinking"
